# Почему я не вижу свой статус Pro?

> Если статус Pro не отображается, проверьте аккаунт и оплату, а затем обратитесь в поддержку, если доступ не восстановился.

<p>Убедитесь, что вы вошли в аккаунт, связанный с вашей подпиской Perplexity Pro. Проверьте статус платежа в Settings > Manage Subscription.</p>

<p>Если вы по-прежнему не видите статус Pro, <a href="https://www.perplexity.ai/?support=true#settings/account" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">свяжитесь с нами через пункт «Связаться со службой поддержки» в меню Help</a>.</p>
