# ¿Por qué no puedo ver mi estado Pro?

> Soluciona un estado Pro ausente comprobando la cuenta y el pago, y contacta con soporte si el acceso sigue sin aparecer.

<p>Asegúrate de haber iniciado sesión en la cuenta asociada a tu suscripción a Perplexity Pro. Revisa el estado de tu pago en Settings > Manage Subscription.</p>
