# How can I report incorrect or inaccurate answers?

<p>We highly value your feedback. Use the flag icon below the answer to report issues. Alternatively, <a href="https://www.perplexity.ai/?support=true#settings/account" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">create a ticket on our support window</a>.</p>

<p>Include the following in your report:</p>

    <p>URL to the query</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Description of the error and expected result</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Examples of issues we look for:</p>

    <ul>
      <li>
        <p>Repetitive behavior</p>
      </li>

      <li>
        <p>Loss of context within a thread, a project or with internal file search.</p>
      </li>

      <li>
        <p>Ignoring prompts</p>
      </li>

      <li>
        <p>Misinformation</p>
      </li>

      <li>
        <p>Outdated information</p>
      </li>
    </ul>
