# Troubleshooting for image generation

<h2 id="h_c6fefe48d2">Why am I getting an error when trying to generate an image?</h2>

<p>There are several reasons this might be happening:</p>

<ul>
  <li>
    <p>Your query contains explicit or moderated content, which prevents the creation of the image.</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>Your connection might be unstable.</p>
  </li>

  <li>
    <p>There might be a technical issue on our end. Please file a bug report through our support email.</p>
  </li>
</ul>

<h2 id="h_efd9cd179a"><b>Why can't I find a button to generate images?</b></h2>

<p>Thanks for asking! The image generation feature has been improved and simplified. Instead of a specific button, you can now create images simply by describing what you'd like to see directly in your prompt</p>

<p>Keep in mind that image generation is only available for users who are signed in. You will be notified if an image request can't be completed due to content restrictions.</p>
